All outputs, summaries, or document interpretations are provided for informational purposes only. Clinicians remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials

5. Founding Access, Payments & Refunds

Founding Access

Founding access is offered on a limited basis and provides priority access and input during development.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Intersync Data does not store payment card details.

Refunds

Founding access commitments are fully refundable at any time prior to product launch, no questions asked.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software related to Intersync Data are owned by Intersync Data or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any)
